Unreal Engine 4 is starting to stretch it's legs.
The game is a good overall presentation, possibly a game that finally pushes out Ryse for the Xbox's best looking game.

Still falls short of what the PS4 and PC can do though, but it's an impressive showing still.

Lol what PS4 can do XB1 can too. They are almost the same, PS4 is a bit more powerful allowing for example a boost in reoloution from 900p to 1080p in some games.

But even that resolution boost is pure bs for 1080p marketing. For example TW3 runs at 1080p on PS4 and 900p on the X1, but the X1 version has a quite more stable framerate meaning PS4 can achieve more resoultion than the X1 but even having a superior hardware that resolution boost comes with a sacrifice.

The PS4 version has been updated since the release window you're referring to. It now has the same framerate the X1 version has but with higher resolution.

Driveclub feels close to 60fps due to the way motion blur was added

Not to go off topic but I'm gonna have to disagree here. All the motion blur in the world can't make a 30fps game feel like 60fps, it just doesn't feel as responsive nor look as fluid.

Better hardware will always be able to produce better results. A 7790 can't do everything a 7870 can do, for example. It's one of the reasons why, the majority of the generation, the PS4 has been producing better results in multiplatform games and its exclusives are also a technical step above.

And no, there isn't some marketing "bs" regarding a resolution difference. It is a mathematical absolute.

It can produce "better results" (1080p vs 900p) but as i said with a cost. PS4 has a better GPU but also has worse CPU (it has a bottleneck because of the less CPU clockspeed) and as result in many games it obtains an unstable framerate compared to X1 (specially open world games and games that push the processor like TW3).

And the 1080p thing i call it marketing bs because i think sometimes is better 900p with a stable framerate like the X1 obtains in TW3 than 1080p with an unstable framerate like PS4 obtains in that game. Sony just braged about 1080p all the time when their machine many times isn't capable of obtaining that resolution with the same graphics quality than the X1 without sacrificing framerate.

I'd have to go with Forza Horizon 3.

It doesn't matter if the PS4's CPU is worse than the X1's. It's the more powerful system capable of things its closest competitor isn't. So, that's the response to you saying that the X1 could do anything the PS4 could. The "costs" are irrelevant. One of them is factually stronger.

As for your second part, again, there's no "bs" to mathematical absolutes. What Sony said means didly, when the results are measurable and well documented.

And what are exactly those things? Tell me a thing that PS4 can do that X1 can't with just cutting the resolution from 1080p to 900p or 720p if necessary, because most games on X1 and PS4 are identical besides resolution. That's what i meant in the first place when quoting the comment, the comment said X1 falls short compared to PS4 when it doesn't, it's almost the same.

Both PS4 and X1 fall short when compared to a high end PC, that's a true statement, not the other one.

I agree it's the best looking xbox one game. Also it's just as good as uncharted 4 as well in terms of exclusive.

I'm playing through them both at the same time right now. Gears has the edge IMO because of the more stylised look it appears more consistent. UC4 has some mind blowing environments but the characters seem to try a little too hard to look real and it suffers as a result.

Going from Uncharted to Gears is hard though because Gears controls are so tight and Uncharted's are so loose.

I would say so, yes. Out of the first party games.

I just finished Act I today. It's definitely a very pretty game, and it has a much nicer color palette than previous entries had. I thought Halo 2 Anniversary was perhaps the prettiest game I've played on the XBO, but Gears 4 may just top it.

Halo 2 Anniversary was a very good package.
It certainly had some great looking moments and other moments that detracted from the overall package. (It had some pretty cliffs/rocks.)

The resolution, by itself, no matter how much you want to minimize it, is an advantage. Couple that with the numerous games where the PS4 came out ahead in AA, Texture Filtering, AO, or DoF (yes, as a result of having better hardware) and there you have it. Like I said, it's indisputable. The stronger hardware will always be capable of producing the better results. You quoted Pemalite - somethat who 100% understands this. Nothing wrong with his statement at all.

And your bit about how the consoles compare to a High-End PC is irrelevant. One vs the other, the PS4 is a stronger system, just as the Scorpio will be vs the Pro.

Games that use Dynamic resolution tend to show the Xbox One's limitations far more often than the Playstation 4.

Even games which are relatively "light" on the hardware like Overwatch have a few extra graphics effects on the Playstation 4 like: Reflections, better shadowing, higher resolution etc'.

A High-end PC will always be on top.
The Playstation 4 and Playstation 4 pro easily beat the Xbox One. It's not even up for debate, the Playstation 4 can have higher quality assets and more effects.

Scorpio is going to beat them all. (Question remains by how much.)

That doesn't automatically make the Xbox One "Garbage" though or that it's games are "Ugly". - They can have some good presentation and impress.
It's just the competition is better from a graphics standpoint, it's a no brainer, the Playstation 4 simply has more hardware to make everything pretty.

Its near perfetion i agree

I would say in many ways this is the best graphics on any console this generation.
