games that have "strong female characters" tend to have higher scores than they deserve(look at bayoneta or whatever's that stupid game's name), this game is a 7 at best, it has no story or characters,

From DF: " both PS4 and Xbox One versions of Rise of the Tomb Raider actually exhibit lower levels of anisotropic filtering than the Xbox 360 version."

Bizarre. Why do current gen consoles have so much trouble with AF?

Care to elaborate on why you find the game awful? I am having a great time with it, having played around over half of the campaign so far.

Don't know why , but I have a feeling it has something to do with all the newer tech they use but whether that's because of a gen 8 engines not working well with AF or more likely their priorities lay elsewhere and they feel they don't get enough bang for their buck by going for higher levels.

Controls are bad, aiming is bad, script is bad, story is bad, graphics are dull and the gaming loop is boring. I just want to drag myself to the end so I can trade it in for a better game.
