Oh man, I feel sorry for Samsung. My family only buys Samsung phones, so I don't know what my dad will buy in the future. I'm sure this has damaged Samsung in the eyes of the masses.

Good. I honestly don't understand how a company the size of Samsung can screw up the development of a phone, let alone their flagship phone, this badly. I understand that development is difficult, but we're talking about one of the biggest consumer electronics companies in the world. They definitely have the resources to get it right, and they should also have the skill to get it right. Was it rushed?
Next Samsung Galaxy S8 is gonna have more consumer friendly explosions with better tactile feedback and additional notification LED.

Every Samsung phone I've owned has been poor, glad to be free of them.

I plan on sticking with Google as current phone does everything I want.
