Prince.

Malcolm X

He's a man who fought for what he believed in until the end. He was incredible smart, and was humble enough to admit he was wrong about many things he said when he was in the Nation of Islam.

Unfortunately, people are idiots and just assume he's bad because someone pastes one quote without context or not realizing he was against prejudiced of all types before he died.

Really hate the fact that he is looked over just because he made mistakes in life. He's a role model for black people, muslims, Americans, and for all humans

Peter Hadfield is my role model. He runs a YouTube channel named 'potholer54' dedicated to the findings of scientific research and contrasting it against the 'crap' found on the internet.

Here is one of his recent videos where he criticized a video by YouTube channel 'Louder with Crowder'.

I try to model my internet habits off of his own: making corrections when necessary, holding people accountable, following sources, and rarely resorting to insult (I say rarely because there are dangerous internet beliefs FULLY deserving of mockery).

So who is your role model? Who do you have a great respect and admiration for?

High five. I love his climate change videos.

For me, it would be Chistopher Hitchens.

Depends. I tend not to have a "role model" as I feel that somehow would limit my own capabilities and might set me up some borders that If I would cross I could be a potentially better person.

But there are people whom I look up to. Grandparents, mother, some of my friends in certain regards. Better known people would be less popular on this forum, so I usually abstain from mentioning them, and getting into mediocre "my world view is better than yours" fights.

Vote the Mayor for Mayor!

I mean, we're around family members all the time that influence us, so I'm not going to say my parents because I think that's a given...most of the time.

But as a person pursuing a career...I'd say Akira Toriyama. You don't hear anything about him, he just does good work and that's his goal. I really admire that.

Mario and Homer Simpson

I don't have a role model per say. There are LOTS of people I admire. Doug Stanhope. I'll drop his name because he's awesome, and not well known enough. Why is he not as well known as he should be? Because Doug Stanhope. That's why.

Gotta be my parents I would say. We generally have them to thank for our very existence so it's hard for me to compare a youtuber with that sort of gift.... Like Rhett and Link are cool guys who output positivity where they can, and I try to do the same, but if it wasn't for my parents upbringing I would have zero interest in bringing a positive light to the world I think.
