Being a human being you have your opinion and opinions can't be impartial... What media have as being impartial or unbiased is allowing multiple different views to be presented and not positioning themselves, which is bullshit.

Much better to have an outlet to explicit say they are right/left liberal/interventionist than to pretend to be neutral but clearly being not. Same with videogames, it's better to know that an outlet favors or not a platform than to keep it hidden.

In other words, I have to allow leftists to criticize the right in a Republican rally?

What?

You should allow anyone to criticize anything anywhere... but I don't see what you are talking about. My point is solely that it's impossible to someone to be neutral or imparcial. And for a group to be it, it would need equal distribution of opinions on several subjects which also isn't much common. So people tend to think they are being imparcial or that other groups are being imparcial only because they are in agreement with what they think.

In reality? It is impossible to be impartial. However, there is a reason impartial judges exist in contests. They aren't supposed to have a favorite, or aren't supposed to like or dislike the theme (or are supposed to like it). When someone who dislikes something reviews something, it is obvious it will be a negative review. It's not different from people hating pubs and entering one to rant on it...
