I look at this with a sigh of relief:

"New York City is also sporting bus sides with ads for the game (and the December release date)!"

Certainly makes the release date feel more real and gives me some hope for the game's sales. Nice to see.

I just hope the camera can be improved. There have been many reports of it not being the best. I'm not bothered at all about the fact Trico doesn't do exactly what you want him/her to do because that's a deliberate design choice.

They are going to berate the game because it will feel like a PS2 era 2006 game rather than having a polished but by the numbers control scheme.

The media will like quirky indie games and laud them for doing different things but unconventional AAA games will be torn apart. "why doesn't my character move like Mario?", "why doesn't it have colors?", "where's the next gen gameplay?", "why is it so short?"

The camera is fine from what i've seen. Game journalists are just physically incapable of using two analog sticks simultaneously, nothing new, that has always been the case.

I hope you're right but II have seen some footage and it did look a little janky in some parts.

The fact that Atreyu's flying dog does what he wants in the game is the reason I'm interested.  I'm actually wanting to play a game with some realistic AI for this animal thingy.  Critics be damned.  I haven't played the first two but I did download them and will play them soon. 

I hope this game does well critically and sales wise. I would hate to see this game bomb after all this time.

The game looks cool. I hope it's a good game.
