Yearly (3 days since last update)

#15 / Pokémon moon (up 2)
#17 / Pokémon sun (up 1)
#37 / Final Fantasy XV - Limited edition (same)
#44 / Pokémon sun+moon (same)
#84 / Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare (up 1)
#86 / PS4 Pro (up 4)
#100 / Final Fantasy XY (New entry)

PS4 Pro has surpassed Xbox one S in the yearly, which is crazy. I starting to wonder if PS4 Pro can sell more than all others PS4 SKUs (fat/slim) in November NPD. Pokémon continue always up by at least one place all 2/3 days, it's first month will be insane. Also lmfao, i just noted that Final Fantasy limited edition was in the yearly for SO LONG but i never update it i'll start right now!

Pro will absolutely be the best selling PS4 model the rest of the year. I have said it since they announced it at $400, Pro will be the new best selling PS4 model going forward. After people see PSVR on Pro this holiday, Pro will go a long way to becoming the best selling PS4 hardware life to date. Sony needs to be ready to ship 25M Pros next year. PS4 Slim will basically be non exsistant sales wise. I see PS4 Slim dropping to $250 very quickly, and think Sony will only keep it on shelves for good faith. PS3 is dead next year, there is just no place for it in Sony's business or on retail shelves.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

Lol.. Fearful of what? they just posted the biggest revenue increase ever and you make a silly statement like that. You do realise that with massive profits they have the capacity to spend and spur on a bit of product interest in their non core business for growth. Remenber... they are not the one here fighting back from the brink of existence. Context would go a long way here I think..

How did the gaming division do?

I said that in  some comments ago, but If I need to say again.

They lost 2 millions of Xbox Live  users (from 49 to 47 millions) in 3 monthss(the last 3). But it is up 21% from the same total ammount of last year's same quarter's total users

From what I recall the revenue was down (5%) on the back of slighly less consoles sold but offset to an extent due due to an increase in xbox live subscriptions (Xbox Live monthly active users grew 21% to 47 million). Not a terrible result by any standards.  Remember, this is not MS' bread and butter and is more than sustained or offset by incredible revenue and profits elsewhere in its business.  MS remain committed to gaming as part of its broader strategy hence the attactive deals thay are prepared to offer. Simply they can afford it.  Growth appears to be the plan here..

To be fair, Microsoft dosn't has a good profit % when compared to the others software/hardware giants(Apple, Google)

Total gaming revenue was down 5%. Software and services revenue was up 6% and hardware revenue was down 26%. The lower console prices and sales were to blame for the revenue being down YOY. The lower sales surprised me because Microsoft likely had the entire fiscal quarter to ship XB1Ses (remember, MS gets revenue from shipments, not retail sales). And while the MAU is up 20.5% YOY, it decreased from 49 million MAU the quarter before even though Microsoft had 2 full months of the XB1S in the market and way more notable games (e.g. Forza Horizon 3, Madden, FIFA, etc.). The YOY percent increases between the MAU and software/services revenue aren't one-to-one, implying that the proportion of money spent per user decreased. Overall, I don't see much growth, but rather stagnation.

not insofar that growth may be evident in the latest report, however the attrcactive deals and sales would indicate that growth is the underlying strategy or aim and that indicates to me a commttment to growing or at least sustaining the gaming segment.

I guess you're trying to say that Microsoft is trying to make up for the revenue lost from offering attractive deals by taking advantage of the increase in software and service revenue from the increase of users. I completely agree with this. However, MS has already been using this strategy for a while and it hasn't paid off as of late. Gaming revenue was down 9% YOY for FY2016 Q4 and down 5% YOY for FY2017 Q1. Perhaps the company will have better luck for FY2017 Q2, but Microsoft has come out and said that while they expect better performances in the US and UK, they also expect lower revenue. Perhaps they're lowballing, but it's hard to be optimistic considering the last two quarters.
