I wish Game Sack had one, they are more serious. It looks like a very advanced machine, very nice.
I miss my handhelds, but they were making me go blind, so I gave them all away. I wonder how VR will harm my eyesight.

Depends what you want it for. Certainly an interesting piece of gaming history brought down by some baffling design choices.

 

There isn't too much decent software on it. Sonic etc are actually inferior GBA ports.

 

However, there are some nice curiosities on it. My favourite N-Gage being the exclusive Glimmerati.

 

As for the Lynx, yeah Lynx 2 is basically a "slim" model as they now tend to get known. Was a nice bit of kit but IMO let down by a catalogue that couldnt touch the GB or GameGear.

Whichever you get, make sure you buy:

1) Klax - puzzle game like tetris. Very addictive!

2) Slime World - awesome Metroidvania style game

3) Rygar - kinda Metroidvania, kinda Conan the Barbarian, kinda adventure, but full of awesome!

Wonderswan.....only for Japan? So it would be pointless right?

Some fun (and perfectly playable in English) games on the Wonderswan. A Great portable Mr Driller and I remember having a fun with a golf game. Though personally, if you wanted a handheld thats a bit different, you can't go wrong with the Neo Geo Pocket Color. Has a fantastic portable Sonic game amongst others.

Yeah, the second revision is much better. I have like some kind of weird fetish for handheld gaming consoles. I know a bit more than I would like to know about them. Hope you get a good Lynx 2. But don't buy the NGage for God's sake. It's a taco that has more advertisements than taco bell.

Wow, I didn't know Rygar was on the Lynx. I remember playing it on the NES, definitely gonna check this version out.

Wow, I didn't know Rygar was on the Lynx. I remember playing it on the NES, definitely gonna check this version out.
