Just checked the eshop, and on the PAL store anyway, Fast Racing Neo's Extra DLC cups are available as we speak!

If you live in Europe, you can pick it up today on disc. Tomorrow if you're in Australia or New Zealand.

The retail release was Nintendo of Europe's idea. For whatever reason, Nintendo of America never got on board. Shin'en have said they would love to bring it out in America, but it's not up to them.

Still, both the base game and the Neo Future Pack are available in NA digitally, at least.

The new tracks are really good, I especially liked New Zendling, Antarctica, and Zenshoh Habitat.
