Oh, so the NX already being a failure was a loving comment was it?

So all predictions have to be positive for everyone involved now?

Why say they were never out of the race for last? That was just an unnecessary thing to say. You tried to redeem yourself by saying "its a prediction", but that was not evident in your first post.

So far I have been right about the NX. I believe that NX represents the biggest threat for Microsoft and their 'Project'. Sony is in the clear and will be out first. If the NX takes off, and releases before Scorpio, Microsoft is in trouble and that is why i think they tried to get in front at E3. I always believed that Microsoft is smart enough to know that they can't take PlayStation, but if NX really grabs attention, they may be looking at a distant third spot. You have to see past the bull and into the real motives.

Even just looking at the Pro, NX and Scorpio Microsoft will be underwater marketshare-wise when they launch last.

From another thread:

Personally i don't believe the "back in the race" is towards something specific like the home console segment. Given his past comments of casual gamers and EA's comments saying it won't appeal to PS4 gamers and that NX is to upgrade mobile gamers, the "race" is talking about is something more generic, as in, Nintendo is again a serious competitor in the gaming industry (both mobile and traditional gaming) with NX.

EDIT: the EA part is actually not from EA itself, but from an unnamed developer MCV spoke to.

This is a site (that started) about game sales, do you ever visit the front page?  With a one 1yr head start, Wii U got crushed, so yes they've been out of the race for a while now.  Clearly, these Ubi quotes are piggybacking off of "learned lesson from WII U, and now BACK IN THE RACE.  They are talking about a home console, not handheld or nintendo as a whole.

You are both wrong, you just can't read. You're ruining this awesome post. Now read it again and think hard.

Told ya, you should stick with Sony jabs! :P

It was pretty evident actually. Reread comments before posting. Especially with how you responded. You'll lose credibility.

Well then educate me on how it was evident? What did I miss?

I think right after Color Splash releases, we'll get news, based on some random facts I'm correlating.

1. Nintendo is advertising again. Am I crazy or have there been more Nintendo advertising as of late? On tv I saw Yokai Watch commercials and on youtube I've had Color Splash and Pokemon Generations preroll ads constantly. Constantly! Compared to you know, 90% of the Wii U's library where there was zero advertising, this is a big deal and I think it tells that Nintendo is making a final push to actually sell Color Splash("It's like Splatoon" is all the evidence one would need of that). They can then finally, officially, bury the Wii U with NX news.

2. It's a random fact but we still don't have the final three DLC character Sm4sh amiibos: Cloud, Corrin and Bayonetta. So far all amiibo's have had some kind of trailer in a Direct, I don't think that will change considering Cloud will be mega popular - people need to know when it's releasing and not with some flimsy twitter post.

I predict they will announce NX in a Direct not very long after Color Splash's first week, with news for what it is as well as plugging the final 3 Sm4sh amiibos.

"You should be banned. Youre clearly flaming the president and even his brother who you know nothing about. Dont be such a partisan hack"

That's some pretty strong praise, honestly. And it's of particular interest that he says it will appeal to core gamers as well as social gamers.

How many comments promoting the NX has the Ubisoft CEO made so far?

more than Nintendo

As far as I recall Nintendo was never out of the race for last. NX will continue their strong lead.

Sadly true even counting the Vita; even sadder if you count the Gamecube. At least, it's past VB numbers.
