If you read actually, that wasn't a sales expectation. They were thinking how to build a device that may sell 200 million. He didn't say we expected the Xbox One to sell 200 million.

LOL! They can't even hit 100million and they expected to sell 200million. This was at that time before they went all 180 with their no trading/always online rules etc...loll silly MS.

Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

If the PS4 does that it would be very impressive given how few systems have done so.

Nothing wrong with dreaming big and setting huge goals, as long as it's followed by the effort needed to achieve them.

So Nintendo thought the Wii U was going to do better than the Wii, and Microsoft expected to sell 200 million Xbox Ones?
