You can watch it there. The first single off of their upcoming album, "Hardwired", grew on me. This one seems pretty good right from the start.

Nice to know it's 2016 and we're still getting kick ass Metallica music.

Hardwired to me sucked but, this one is a lot better.
I never liked Metallica's thrash sound though (crazy ikr) I always prefered their heavy arena sound with the black album and justice for all.

Just a little too polished for my liking everything sounds a bit plastic especially when comparing back to their older albums but fans seem to be loving the direction this one is taking so I guess im the minority

All I could think about was how fun this would be to play in Guitar Hero. Yeah, I suck. Deal with it.

Nah, I get that. Metallica was easily the best Guitar Hero game.

Sounds a like someone trying hard to sound like Metallica. Doesn't do it for me. Like previously said, I am aware that the current fans like this so more power to 'em. Keep doing what you love!

Eh, it's alright. It really does just sound like more "Metallica" though. I mean if that's what you want that's great but the Death Magnetic fanboy I've become doesn't care too much for these 2 recent songs.

Holy crap just that thought excites me on levels I haven't been excited in for years.

Nice to see they still make new music unlike System of a Down. When I first listened to System of a Down, I thought that they could have became as popular as Metallica then they just quit.

Seriously though:

Metallica 1983-2016 (so far), for all 3 members still making music+ bassists.

System of a Down 1998-2005, All 4 members still do concerts 10+ years after their last album...

Just come out with another album please!

Hah, imagine that. SoaD is also my favorite. We both like SoaD and JRPG's, good stuff.

I have listened to every song many times, and have not disliked any of them :).

Lately I been listening to what I dub as the Japanese SoaD called Maximum the Hormone.

Sounds very much what I expected from Metallica these days. Not as good as their stuff from the 80's, but still alright.
