Remember these are only retail numbers and both uncharted 4 and gta V xb1 would have significant digital sales. 

2 milestones this week by 2 decent games which will go onto sell a lot more in future. 

We know it sold 2.7m+ week1 worldwide.
Yet here we have it shown as 2.2m week1 on VGCs.

Why is that?

 The 2.7M Probably included digital as well, which VGC does not track, but I dont remember if Sony clarified or not that the 2.7M was strictly retail. Either way, it's the fastest selling exclusive between PS4 and XB1, and will very soon be the best selling overall. 

Maybe the 2.7m includes downloads?

Uncharted 4 will easily sell a lot more eventually. That being said all console versions of GTA V have great legs. Any game that is still in the top 75 on a regular basis after being on the market for over a year has great legs.

You think it will reach 10M?

It depends on the future PS4 sales, but yes, it can. It's one of the "must have" games on the console, so even someone buying a PS4 in one or two years should buy it (and it is and will stay heavily bundled or on sales).
