Eurogamer/IGN/Wall Street Journal are legit, sounds like this particular mock up was just something someone made up though. 

It's too bad it's fake to be honest, what we'll probably get will then be worse than this. At least this basically confirmed some of better graphics when plugged into a wall outlet. 

Wii U wasn't complicated, it's main problem ws summed up as..."So, is this thing like an addon to my Wii right?"

Man, proven fake already huh?  Too bad, I rather enjoy these rumour and speculation threads, they're more fun than the actual reveals.

We wont know whats legit till its revaled. But yeah this mock up was proven fake, so were back to square one lol

OMG! My prayers go to Nintendo's marketing department. They have their work load thrown on them explaining this thing to casual gamers. Also, yeeehaaa. Day one purchase for me. The crazyer (is that a word?) Nintendo makes something the more I want in.

No were not.

The concept itself is consistent all around the rumor vine. This is just somebodies take on what the concept  might look like. 

Seems like the rumor has been prven false already. So no triforce for us. But, if it makes you feel better Nintend already made a piece of hardware called the triforce. It was an arcade board.

I doubt this is true. There is nothing here that would really be so revolutionary that Nintendo needs to hide it from Sony to prevent them from stealing it.
