So I called Nintendo today trying to figure out what to do about my Wii U problem. I have over 292 games digitally downloaded and 292 is the limit. So basically I have to delete to add. Which is unacceptable. The 3DS is a smaller device and allows 300, fyi.

Now the first guy I talked to knew nothing about the Wii U. He did not even know what the game pad was barely and kept asking me if it was anything like the Wii. He then had me on hold for 20 minutes so he could fail to find me the error code I told him about.

While I was on hold I found the code online in 30 seconds at nintendoenthuisiast.com

So when he came back on the phone and told me they could not help because no one in his office knew the answer to my problem I told him I Found it in 30 seconds! Now for the third time give me a technician that knows what a Wii U is! Then I told him, never mind, I will do it myself......fire yourself you should not work there. I hung up.

Anyways, then I called again and tried a different department. "Well that is not a problem I have heard before", I got after they butchered my name for the third time. It seems Nintendo cannot afford proper headphones.

Really? I know that maybe only 5 People on the planet have reached their limit, but someone at Nintendo should know about this by now.

He also was no help, I hung up.

To be fair from what I have found on the internet, it is less than 10 people per region. That is assuming most people like me would post on miiverse or the internet, which is likely.

So it probably is not a big deal to them
