Forums - Microsoft Discussion - All the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Games [Updated for June 29, 2017]

Honestly a little more than a year ago they had 140 launch bc games and now they aim at 300 the end of this year (now 297). 3 BC games added a week is a nice pace even if some are niche indie games.

Imo really not an impressive list most of them got ports on 8 Gen consoles. Meanwhile real hidden gems like Rumble Roses 2 or the many of the nieche games like shmups will probably stay forever 360 exclusive without a sequel and no BC on Xbox 1.

Hah, BC is only like a year old and it has many notable AAA and niche games.

"Most of them got ports on 8th gen consoles"? Bullshit, that's a flatout lie.

Over time I guarantee this list is going to have more of the games you want. I'm surprised by the great support its already received. Even physical games no longer being sold have made it to the list.

Seems like only yesterday all the haters were saying there would only be a handful done and MS would give up. Almost myh entire 360 library is now BC definitely one of the shining lights of this gen.

I may have said it before but if they can give me Vanquish, Enslaved, and the three Tomb Raider trilogy games, I'll be happy. They don't have to do anything else for me.

First people said its too late for BC and support will suck. Then they mocked performance but it got better. Then support was coming it wasn't mostly niche and Arcade stuff. Then AAA stuff like RDR, Black Ops, and other notable titles kept coming. A lot of people that mocked it a year ago are eating crow.

Some will still mock it for not having everything, but its objectively added great value and I see a lot of my friends list revisiting 360 content.

Hey, I really thought that the launch line-up was bad. Still happy to see how wells its been suported since.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Yeah, I agree the launch wasn't a great way to show off the potential of BC. But the people that said its too late for BC, they were the most wrong.

It's never too late for BC... I'd love to see some Xbox OG being BC.... And so far more and more of my 360 backlog is coming to Xbox one and i don't have that many arcade games.... So yeah not mostly arcade... On Xbox one I have actually bought maybe 10 games and I have over a 100 games downloaded and about 30 360 disc owned games compatible... How the fuck can go hat be a bad or even mediocre thing in any any way???

Weird additions consider the collection but all bioshock games became bc and now we are at 300 BC games :).

All Bioshock games now available! That brings us up to 303!
