That's not an O it's a symbol for swapping which if we were to analyze other rumours kind of makes sense as the are claims you switch out controls.

Then again the symbol looks closer to be an eye so maybe you switch which screen has the 3D on or some kind of visual perk if the claims are true.

Can I believe in Zelda 'forward' WiiU/NX edition? Sure.
In an unannouced SMB game on both WiiU/NX? Eh.... no

Can I believe that the handheld launches first? Sure.
But a handheld with CoD: Infinite Warfare as a launch title? Eh... no

I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

Sounds believable. Though I assume the majority of announced games will be ports or small spinoffs.
