4K at 60FPS is a huge resource drain and I high doubt MS will push that. At least with their flagship titles.

A small enclosed box with thermal/power constraints aren't going to allow for high clocks. Even if they are using the latest fab and processors (Zen and Vega) in its APU theres not a chance it can match up to high end PC of today. Maybe it will be able to reach GTX 1070 performance? Who knows..

I just wouldn't get your hopes up and expect 4K AND 60FPS from big MS games. Here's a good read from arstechnica.

Who would dog on 720p and turn around to say 4K isn't necessary? Not PC gamers, I assure you. And I don't think Nintendo had been part of the spec war since Gen 6.

It seems to me that the Xbox Scorpio is shaping up to be the new PS3. Doing too much for its own good, a year late, a dollar short (or in the Scorpio's case, dollar expensive) and without the benefit of real Japanese support.
