Yes, Sony has third party support.
And Microsoft has the same third party support.
And PC has the same third party support, and these third party games can look and run better on PC because developers take advantage of it. Not sure why they wouldn't also do it for Scorpio?
Also, it's pretty normal for first party devs to take best advantage of their hardware. Naturally MS first party games will look and run better on MS hardware, just like Sony games push PS4 harder, and Nintendo games push Nintendo platforms harder. What this means for native 4K third party games on Scorpio, who knows. Like someone else said earlier, I'm ok with a good mix of native 4K, or 1080p with much improved performance/visuals. Sony went too far all in with 4K talk for a console that barely supports 4K. I don't want MS to do the same.
