Forums - Politics Discussion - What is the Alt-Right?

So after Hillary decided to disparage a vast majority of Americans was going to skip this election. But attacks against 1 group of US citizens to strenghten your own cannot go unchecked. So I am voting for Trump.

I keep reading about this alt right movement. I have spent some time on Reddit, in their Politics sub and "The Donald" and from what I can tell it is a group of people who hate the PC culture and troll it any chance they get. Recently this has lead to Hilary herself saying a cartoon frog was a racist symbol and the economist writing some sort of hatchet job trying to explain it.

I for one am not sure, I explain my take on it but would like to be further enlightened.

"The alt-right is a segment of right-wing ideologies presented as an alternative to mainstream conservatism in the United States.[1][2] It has been described as a movement unified by support for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump,[3][4] as well as by opposition to multiculturalism and immigration."

"The alt-right has no official ideology, although various sources have said that it is associated with white nationalism,[1][2][6] white supremacism,[3][7][8] antisemitism,[1][2][9] right-wing populism,[6] nativism,[10] and the neoreactionary movement.[7][11]"

No official ideology.

white nationalism/supremacism/antisemitism.

That says it all really right?

Alot of Donald Trumphs voters, and backers, are these really racist bunch of people.

you seem to have added to that.

Anti-multiculturism is not racist. It simply means you come to America, no matter where you are from, become American. Has nothing to do with race.

Ok, so it say various sources have asscociated them with white supremisist and the like. Which I guess explains the hatchet job I read on the Economist(which is what they said, with no sources, which is why I came here...).

Want to see some other takes. It seems that people label the group as whatever is politically expediant.

Didnt you get the "no official ideology" part?

It means they dont have any other takes, what they have in common is their "racism".

But Drumpf also attacks other groups of US citizens to strengthen his own, that would make you a hypocrite.

This is Alt-Right:

Stop immigration now and destroy the forced doctrine of multiculturalism!

"But attacks against 1 group of US citizens to strenghten your own cannot go unchecked. So I am voting for Trump."

That's been Trumps entire campaign...

Anyways, the alt-right is basically a political movement made up of the people who get pissed when they have to press 1 for English and think there's a war on Christmas.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

So Clinton said 1 thing that offended you but you ignore the countless things that Trump has said that offended countless other groups?

How did that make you feel when she offended you?  Now imagine how minorites, women and immigrants feel every single day thanks to Trump.

It's just not one thing she said, but even if it was you can make your position clear even if you say it just once. And Hillary Clinton is anti-white.

So assuming you're not a cuck or beta-leftist, and you care for the interest of whites and not just for the rights of people all over the globe that want to come and live off of your efforts and hard work, it's clear that your only choice is Trump (even if he's sadly an intellectual dwarf and very rude).

You have the same battle going on over there as we have in Europe, the final battle between cultural marxism and Western culture. In my opinion USA and the European nations should remain majority white nations as they were built by whites.

It's time for white guys to start caring about their own kind and not be ashamed of it.
