The sad thing about this election is that Gary Johnson is the most qualified candidate and a lot of people won't vote for him because they insist on voting for the lesser of two evils, even though doing such a thing is what got us where we are now. It doesn't matter if you choose lesser evil or most evil. You're still voting for evil and you're part of the problem and not the solution.

too late-  the Clintons and Obamah have aready done it-  The Clintons and Obamahs arrived in DC with modest means during which time they have been" public servants"  yet the Clintons are now worth over 100 million $ s and Obama s  millions more than when they arrived

LOL.  You are talking like that is a new thing.  The revolving door of everyone from presidents down to lowly house reps giving speeches for mega bucks and/or being hired onto boards of mega corps is something that has been going on for DECADES. DECADES. Obama hasn't even left office yet, he isn't worth the millions the Clintons are.  Get your facts straight.

What I was talking about is the new norm where what once was outright bribary is now just business as usual, thanks to the supreme court.  Repubs and demos are currently just exploiting the new normal.  To not exploit it is to lose and neither one wants to lose.

Isaid the Obamahs are worth millions more than when they arrived in DC-  not millions more than the Clintons-

influence pedling is not new in DC and of course there have been too many pols that have taken straight out bribes-  but there have not been any presidents in the last 40+ yrs that have flat out sold the white house like the Clintons for direct  personal gain

So what you are saying is that Pam Bondi, knowing that she ihas a suit on Trump University on her desk, came to Trump and asked for a donation when she knows it would be a conflict of interest and suddently she drops the suit.  I mean really, do you think people are that dumb.  Exactly what part of that does not sound like Pay to play.  It doesn't matter who came to who first and it especially does not matter when someone is trying to save their bacon.  The fact that she received money from Trump within the same time frame she is suppose to be investigating Trump University, drop the case and then he also did a free fund raiser at one of his most expensive hotels where he charges 100K for nothing.  The fact that Trump pretty much admitted he does this type of stuff just make you shake your head you are trying to defend it.

Pam Bondi is the one who had her interests changed, not Trump ...

It's the GOVERNMENT who should try and guard their interests, not the citizens ...

So you are saying that if a politician comes to a businessman and say, I can make this go away if you pay me, its just the government fault and not all parties.  Does it even strike you as interesting that such government official just so happen to know that this bribe would be accepted.  So if Trump becomes president and someone comes to him and say, hey I can do this for your business or even better if Trump goes to a foreign nation and say, I can make your life better if you pay to my Trump organization so much money its the government fault and not all parties.  Where do you start to put the blame at Fatslob because it really is looking like no matter what Trump does in your world, its never his fault.
