PS Vue is really becoming a very good modern day alternative to traditional t.v. and cable. And btw can't wait for westworld on HBO!

What's the advantage of subscribing to HBO through PSVue over just getting HBO Now? Do their on demand streaming offerings differ from their live TV?

Why is that in *gaming* discussion?
I wonder if this only works for certain countries and/or regions as this highly depends on where to start such a service.
I guess we won't see that in Germany anytime soon, not to mention that more and more people abandon linear tv.

You don't have to create a seperate account, and have your credit card information in yet another place.

You get access to HBO on PlayStation Vue and HBO Now on even more devices via one subscription.

Subing via Vue gives you two sources to get content, so if HBO Now goes down, you can stream from Vue, or visa versa.

With Vue, all of your content is bundled in one service, which is a big deal on mobile devices and set tops with small internal storage.

Game of Thrones isnt a masterpiece imo. Its been really sloppy since season 4. And yes nothing catches my eye on HBO. I know its very weird, but not everyone shares the same opinion as you. Shocking, I know.

I wasn't even talking about Game of thrones.

Game of thrones is the only HBO thing you guys know? 

A much as Netflix has improved recently is still light years from the legacy of HBO. Is not even a contest really.
