It technically  could be.

When companies like this do such large discounts, they only do so because they are receiving "backing" from the companies to do so. This way, it doesn't hurt the store's margin too much. The stores are essentially getting taken care of by the manufacturer.

Generally stores don't make money on deals like this. It is about bringing people into a store, as they will also sell you an extra couple of controllers, maybe some other starting pack, and some movies. Before you know it, they are even or up on you.

If you want the headsets, buy this and sell the slim, you can easely sell UC4+the slim new for $200-$250 and get the headset for cheap lol
