My brother's birthday is on September 11th.  We've celebrated it every year since then.

The Jets first game this season is on September 11th, which is the kickoff weekend for the NFL season.  I'll be celebrating, cheering (hopefully), drinking some beers, and generally having a merry time.

I am quite certain that nobody will ask me to temper my joy out of respect to 9/11 victims.  So, why should Muslims have to?

The NFL season starts on 9/11. I guess you should say the same thing to all of the Americans who will be getting drunk and wild that day too.

Americans reallz need to stop thinking that the world spins around them.Yeah its a coincidence, but its not because of 9/11 that a whole religion wont celebrate its holiday.

Ok, then please dont celebrate christmas, because the communists will be offended.

Does anyone even care about 9/11 except people in the US? No offense, and I was just as upset when it happened like everyone else, but do people even realize how many holidays should be banned because remembering a certain tragedy would make you a jerk? Well pretty much all of them.

This is really only a concern for Americans. And then ones that don't think probably. Not "British and people across the globe". I hate to be blunt, and it's terrible what happened, but here we aren't remembering anybody on 11 september, so the muslims can party away.
