OP: Your question is not specific. You mean buy it day one? Yeah I personally would. I mean I don't mind waiting either. I know Nintendo will deliver so for me it's not a matter of if Nintendo will do it right this time, it's a matter of how busy I am in life.

Zelda and Smash aren't much of an incentive as I have a Wii U. Don't really care about Pikmin.

If the version of Mass Effect Andromeda(assuming it's good) is roughly on par with the PSOne versions and Luigi's Mansion 3 is really good, then maybe.

But, that's really a pretty unambitious launch lineup. Assuming the system is not as powerful as its rivals, I'd need to see something a lot more novel before purchasing it.

That's one miserable listing but it's not like launch titles matter anyway.

Zelda and Smash are already on or coming to the WII U. I haven't heard any new info about Beyond Good & Evil 2 for a long time plus I haven't even played the first game so that can be safely factored out and the rest of the games can be had on other platforms aside from a new Luigi's Mansion sequel or Pikmin 4.

Overall fairly meh worthy if you ask me, Nintendo has to offer far more in order for me to even consider the NX.

Same. They need something that will drop jaws and have people thinking they HAVE to play these games... They games listed are okay, but half you can get elsewhere without buying an NX, having slightly better visuals or less frame dips really isn't a console selling feature for me.
