720p for a 6.2" screen should be sufficient.

Oh sorry it was meant as a Joke, I really don't care about resolutions just love games, happily play on the 3DS or DS and those have (all things considered) rather low resolutions now, far lower than what people deem to be "playable" but fuck it, just love games no matter the res, guess that is just a benefit of having grown up in the 80s gaming on the Atari 2600 first, after playing on that for a few years any resolution is fine, more than 4 colours on screen is a big bonus for me too!

There is if Nintendo wants to to position it as a viable tablet. Time will tell but with multitouch and removable controllers I suspect there will be a lot of functionality and gaming experience that can be had in tablet form (controllers removed).

There kinda is, if it has the X1/X2 like rumored than it needs to be a big enough device to prevent overheating and have an adequate sized battery.

Somewhere down the line, when its possible, they will probably offer a "Mini" version.

I'm somehow in the same state of mind, though I'll be looking for neo+vr. I hope they can see the customers flying away and somehow do something about it before it is too late. But then, they have a war chest with more golden coins than Mario has ever collected, truth being probably they don't care.
