Finally decided to open up my new Xbone S. Been sitting on my table since it came out. 

This is one sexy little thing. Unboxing it also feels like a treat. The packaging is like premium shit, dude.

Compared to the Xbox 360 slim, it's shorter vertically. A little longer horizontally and less deeper than the 360.

The controller feels sooooo good in the hands. The textured bottom gives you a good grip on the controller. The new bumpers let you press on any part of it, unlike the original controller. Where you had to press it only on the outer edge. If your fingers wander towards the inside of the bumpers you feel like your controller is fighting you from pressing it. 

It's like making sweet love on a nice soft down comforter. It's freaking perfect... and then, I go to press the Xbox button. The outer edges of the controller surrounding the button, prevent my thumb from making a nice solid press on it. 😤 Do I need a freaking baby thumb?! The button is recessed too much to be functional. Instead of going recessed after being pressed, it's already recessed and you have to go deeper into the controller shell to get your press. Good luck double tapping that shit. WTF?! Xboner shrunk... 😒

This blows, only thing that can make me feel better is Pokémon Go. Later... 🙄

I do like the new controller. I've actually been thinking about picking up an Xbox One S. It probably won't be for a while, since I've got other big gaming things to buy (PSVR, new racing wheel, maybe NX) but it's on my list.

The console looks very good and I thought that 360 looked good at the time. I had one also, well I had five 360's but one like that one. :)

Not for me. I prefer the DS4 and the PS4s exlcusives, but I think I will pick up the Xbox One as a third console down the line.

Sucks you're missing out on the best console, but oh well.
