Forums - Sony Discussion - I'm playing Danganronpa... (My Progression)

Nobody should ever spoil anything about this game or series, not even the smallest things. Seriously OP should use that spoiler feature.

You know...this.

I cannot imagine toilet-free life.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

Employed.  Thanks.

Robo Justice.

I just spoiled the game to myself. It was purely by accident and absolutely unintended.

I just finished chapter 4. I'm now down to 6 characters, but it might be actually be 7 for those who know what I'm talking about. Because so many characters have fallen, I had the "bright" idea of reading up on every deceased character to get a better feel on who they were incase I had missed something during the game. And if what I'm thinking is correct, I came across a deceased character who's info probably just revealed who the Mastermind is. Yeah, suckage. I'm 90% sure I'm correct in my assessment, and please do NOT confirm what I'm thinking.

I did the same thing when I looked up the third game since it didn't have a sequel number.  Fortunately, that one didn't spoil something as big as your potential spoiler.  I was glad to have done that though as it caused me to not look up ANYTHING Danganronpa related until after I finished the game.

Third game.  You mean the spin-off with Toko?

Yea, the Ultra Despair Girls one.  Chronologically, by release, it is the 3rd one.  Spin-off though with completely different gameplay I guess.  I didn't look into it too much when I saw that Toko was in it because I assumed that would mean I either learn too much of what happened to her before or potentially after the first game.  I still don't know anything more about it.  Need to finish the plat on 2 before I get that one from Gamefly.

Yes, seeing Toko would be i minor spoiler in the sense that you now know she didn't die in the first.  Well, that is what is it is.  And since I'm a late bloomer to the DanganRonpa series, it's harder to avoid spoilers like this since the info is easily out there by now.

I'm not going to confirm anything, whether you spoiled yourself or not...but it's not an exaggeration when new players are informed to stay away anything DanganRonpa related. It could be one sentence they read or one picture they see that could spoil the plot-twists and it can never be experienced again. Those WTF-moments, where the player pretty much has to put the game away and take a few minutes breather to think it over, think how the smallest details now suddenly makes a world of difference and ask yourself: "How did I miss that?", that experience will be lost forever...For that reason I don't know anything about the anime, like it could be a prelude to D3 or not...I don't know but I'm not going to risk it, not even the smallest search.

I loved the concept of the game but thought it could have been executed better, solid 7/10.

But I must say the final court room case and the ending was very good and made up for what I thought was a fairly lacking second half of the game.

I really should get round to playing the next games in the series.
