The endless chicken and egg of "we can't sell on Nintendo platforms because we never make games for them"

are you angry ? Is "Deus Ex" important for you ? or you buy a ps4 and has the biggest games-flood in future + the game now. its so easy. i play the game in two hours :)

Even if the NX was the PS4, it's not like they would delay a title for 7 months just for a new console. So this is a normal answer. Not?

In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.

If I would ever buy a new Nintendo Console I would expect games like Deus Ex, Fifa, Mafia, Grand Theft Auto etc to be on the console, I hope Nintendo can appeal with their console, I cannot wait to see what the NX looks like and how powerfull it is :)

Anyway, really sad to see a great game like Deus Ex not even consider the big N

I never thought about Deus Ex for NX either.

Me neither, I will check out the PS4 version though as it will be a fraction of the launch price soon enough.

A lot of third parties didn't.

Meh, considerid Human Revolution on the WiiU didn't sell that well, I'm not surprised. I'd rather have new games than ports of older games, with a few exceptions of course.

Also, it's funny that, from the same company, Square Enix, the japanese devs are working on titles for the NX, while the western side has no idea what the NX is about (or at least that's what he says). Makes me wonder how many NX dev kits has Nintendo given to SE, and the priorities of the company towards 3rd party developement.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

How many people will be buying Deus Ex in March next year on NX, seriusly? The majority of the fans of the franchise would've played it by then elsewhere. They've probably also seen the sales of their last Wii U game.

Second, who knows, the NX may also not be powerful enough or it's difficult porting it to.

It's entirely possible NX can't run the game adequately.

Yes, Square-Enix has confirmed Dragon Quest XI, but in that most recent interview, it sounds like DQXI for NX is its own version and not a PS4 port either.

Square-Enix also has said no to Final Fantasy XV for NX as well.

It's entirely possible the NX simply can't handle PS4 ports very well, and that to put a PS4 game on the NX you basically have to build it from scratch.

It sucks but the reality is the NX hardware performance may be closer to a Wii U than it is to a XB1/PS4, which would cause problems for having versions of PS4/XB1 software.

Well it's not the third parties fault, just saying.

It absolutely is.

they sold games just fine on Nintendo platforms before they stopped trying.

I LOVE ICELAND!

I've been saying this for a while, but Nintendo needs to create a port team that works with 3rd party publishers. This team would port existing 3rd party games to Wii U/NX that 3rd party publishers refuse to do themselves. In return, Nintendo and the 3rd party publisher split profits on sales of those games on Wii U/NX.

Sony already does this. Nintendo should be doing this all the time. Even if its late ports, it bolsters the library, and if Nintendo can do this on the right budget it should be some cash for everyone.
