Forums - Sales Discussion - Nowadays are you buying more digital or physical games?

Well... I´m getting more digital games than retail games lately.
But that´s due to the poor situation of my country´s economy. It´s cheaper, sometimes WAY more cheaper, to buy digital games than physical copies here.

Physical, obviously

5 years ago I was strictly against digital but now all I buy is digital on sales.

My Etsy store

My Ebay store

Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.

On console is 80% physical (only indies and Virtual Console games for digital)

On PC is 100% digital.

Considering how absurdly huge the games' size have become, and how absurdly small the PS4's HDD is in comparison, I get most of them physical, since I can't just be erasing and re-downloading 40GBs games whenever I want.

Now that Gamestop is not in Puerto Rico anymore, Best Buy being the only option to buy games, and my HDD always getting full every time I buy a game, I'm very tempted to slightly phase in digital for the games I need to buy. I will buy them wherever I see them cheap, including Amazon. Right now, I'm buying them from Best Buy, and older games are bought from PSN.

Physical unless the game never came out with one.

Only other exception is that if I see a huge sale on a game on PSN and unsure if ill like it then I might buy digitally. If it's good then ill double-dip and buy the physical, if it's bad then good thing I dont have the physical or else it'll make my physical game collection look bad xD

I buy only physical games, unless the game i want is available only digital, at that point i wait the discount and i bought it a 5-10 euros, never more than 10 euros.

If there's an option, about 90% physical.
Simply because it has a higher value.

100% physical. I have never bought a digital game in my life.
