Seriously people seem to not know the targets. The Original PS4 was designed for the Playstation fans and first buyers. Cheaper but not too cheap with good performance, not OMG huge design like the Original PS3 was, and though not sexy, also not with plebeian curves everywhere.

This new slim is not meant for most people that bought the original PS4. It's going to be targeted (and perhaps hard, like potential $100+ cheaper) at those late adopters who are still playing their PS3s or even PS2s.

The NEO now is targeted towards those who bought the original PS4 who want that cutting edge and will fork over the money for it. Thus flooding the market with used PS4s for those people who waited too long and don't want like the new slim design.

Looks fine to me, this is suppose to be cheap to make and sell it for low prices, i can see this being 199e in a year lol.

I dont know, any. It at least had some defining "design" or style. The PS3 was just a fat box, which evolved into a smaller box without fat. The Wii was an even smaller box with one of its sides having a faulty angle. All the consoles this gen are simple boxes, one with curves, 2 without.

The 360 had stupid curves that make it look kinda weird, but they were trying to point at the "Power" button, which has (at the time, I think?) a futuristic look. 

I would love the slim if it kept the light bar, but because they got rid of it, the original PS4 looks better.
