The first intersection I came to driving on the left side of the road would be the most horrible accident mankind has ever seen. But that's just me.

It is there, but it shouldn't be ON all the time now, if it's also in the front.

No, those are the same light.  The top of the touch pad is now translucent so the light from the front light can shine through it, as well.

To see the light bar color easier... like it was hard to notice in the first place

Just extend the battery life. That's all I want. The design, as is, is fine

Thats what they want you to think. Sony intentionally leaked this to build hype before its release on the 8th

could be a controlled leak.

So the slim model doesnt steal any thunder from the NEO, if theyre showing both at the same event.

Lol, this isn't like it's the DS5.  It's just an improvement to the DS4, which means it'll probably replace the DS4 in stores.  Personally, I like being able to see the light without having to look at the front of the controller.  Also, we have no idea what else they have changed.  For all we know, it may have twice the battery life as the OG DS4.

Touch Pad now is transparent so you can see the light, fucking neat baby!

Now just add a better battery life.

i hope this mean Neo will come with a Pro Controller, that would be amazing!

I've just skimmed through the GAF thread on this and have to say there are some pretty stupid people over there. Lot's of people are complaining that Sony hasn't removed the light bar. Have they spent the last three years with their heads buried in the sand? I don't understand how you can be this ignorant three years into the lifecycle of the PS4.
