I use a DS emulator ever since my DS broke (I was using a flashcart). Unfortuantely, my phone got caught in the rain, and now it won't turn on. I can't transfer the data from there. I've had my DS ever since 2011. I have a 50 hour save file there. I feel hollow inside. Can anyone recommend me ways to get over it?

Leave your phone in a dry warm (not too warm) place for 24 hours, then try again. I accidently dipped half my PSP in the bath before, left it a day to dry and it started working again no problem.

Too late. It's been a week since it got wet. We sent it to a repair center, they said they wouldn't be able to get the data unless we did a expensive procedure, something my dad didn't want to do.

Awwww. Other then that there are save editors for a few DS games so you may be able to recreate some of your save files by memory... You should probably just buy a lot of ice cream to cry into.

Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days. You don't want to know how tough that game is when you only play LAN.

Just replay the game ;)

Keep save files up to date to prevent this from happening again

But if really needed to, you could cheat your progress back to where you are currently..

Yeah I spent like 50+ hours on it as well and actually beat it lol.

 

I feel ya especially considering how grindy the game is and how the level/stat system is like lol
