8 months from release and no one knows shit about this console... how does Nintendo do it? Sony or MS can has never hidded a console this long

Don't try to understand NX, instead try to realise, there is no NX.

PS4 was formally revealed 9 months before launch and XBO 6 months before launch.

Now THIS makes me think of the console as more of a hybrid (if used).

However, if Nintendo uses two SKU's, I am out. No matter what it is, I want it to be as simple as possible. If they do not keep everything in the box, the least they can do is not confuse everyone with multiple SKU's. One console, one add-on. Anything more and I am out of there.

Back on topic, this actually has me feeling a bit more excited! This means my belief for their next home console could be closer to reality. It also means, this console could really be a hybrid and that is what I wanted this whole time. I should not get my hopes up too much because Nintendo files and gets patents they do not actually use all the time. I want this so badly, however.

By not revealing the console. Several sources suggest that we know a lot. Catridge based, tablet, detachable controllers, Dockable for TV play, Tegra Chip on board, modular hardware etc We just can't confirm this rumours because the system still hasn't been revealed.

I kind of want them to bring back the disc system/satelliview/64DD type of add on or system that allows for more game customization and interesting features. It obviously doesn't need to be a disc system but something that allows players to maybe be able to download games onto carts securely.
