its between the first Turok and Rogue Squadron for me. I think both were incredibly good for when they were released, and I certainly feel like Turok 1 is vastly underrated, both visually and its world and combat. There are other good titles like the Tony Hawk's, Mystical Ninja, Bombermans, etc

obviously the real shining star for the N64 though was second party and Rare.

Well, I think it's safe to say at this point that Star Wars Rogue Squadron takes gold. Second place is still up for grabs though...

Rayman 2 was pretty great. I would be lying if I said I did not sink hours into Harvest Moon though, so that gets a vlose second.

Also going with Snowboard Kids, the best arcade/kart racer on the 64 imo. 
The only downside to the game is how short it was, everything else was amazing.
