Probably less expensive than you would think. Incredibly less effective though. It's just a variation of something it's already commonly done.
I've read one more time my comment and thought i wasn't clear cause of my bad English. This article has a fancy title but nothing really groundbreaking in its content. It has nothing to do with nanotechnology. I hope it's easier to read now. XD
