Game certainly doesn't seem to lack charm. That said, I understand some feeling disappointed with some aspects of the game but might it become an option for old-school fans of the series to buy the game when it comes down in price?

I think that's a sensible approach: let your displeasure be known but at the same time, show that you want Paper Mario to be great again?

Watch people shit on the game because, "boohoo TTYD is better".

The game looks pretty cool. aside from the weird fact that toads are more common than Zubats, I'd say that this game will be memorable.

That's why we're not buying this game period, to show Nintendo they can't get away with making shitty games. Buying it new only tells them that they can. There's no harm buying it used though.

Fixed! I mean yes it's true that TTYD is a million times better, but that game could not exist and nothing would change about the quality of Color Splash, the actual and only reason it gets deservingly shit on.

Speaking as someone who is not a Paper Mario fan by any means; (Never played Sticker Star. Never played Super Paper Mario. Never played Thousand Year Door. I have played the original via the Virtual Console on the Wii, but I stopped around a quarter of the way through because of some life situations that needed my attention, and I haven't gone back to it since), Color Splash looks like it'll be a pretty enjoyable experience. 

Because they've shown the game. It's not gonna magically change when you play it. However in this case I may aswell have already played it since it's basically Sticker Star 2.

Except genwunners use flawed logic and ignorance, things that are truely cancerous. I speak only the truth, meanwhile you're trying to avoid it by resorting to insults. I could do similarly and bash those that defend this game with actually legitimate reasons such as the aforementioned ignorance, like how they always say it's only because it's not TTYD that we hate it, but I'm totally above that!
