As people said, there is one.But I still fail to see why this is bad.Mods should be hired on their qualities, and qualities alone.

Never said it was a bad thing.I coudln care less if the mod was a male, female or an alien.As long as the qualification process dont take that into account(as a qualifing factor), Im good.

Well, we do have one female moderator which, given the gender ratio on this site as a whole, likely makes females proportionally overrepresented on the mod list.

VGC is a very male dominated website (at least as far as the gender users opt to have on their profile, anyway), so naturally the mod team tends to be predominantly male too. There have been some females mods though, PwerlvlAmy being a current one. She doesn't seem to have posted much recently though, a crime i'm definitely not also guilty of *whistles innocently*

For ever user here, theres probably like 200 men to 1 woman.

Like wise the chances of a mod being female are the same.

Also... why does it matter? Their job is to make sure certain rules are adheared too.

What sex a mod has, should have no effect on that.
