World for me, played it for years on my SNES and even go back time to time just to play random levels. To me it was the culmination of everything I love about Mario games and it gave me Yoshi.

64 is fine, but it felt like going back to SMB on NES while World is closer to Galaxy games in sense of being refined experiences.

Well, it's been a long time since I played Mario 64, but I don't think I could complete Mario 64 in a couple of days. That would be pretty draining for me. Me and my friend completed Mario World in a few days. Mario World just feels easier to me in comparison. Still plenty of a good time though~

Technically, you can get all 120 stars in 1h40 ( http://www.speedrun.com/sm64 )

But to be fair, you can get the 96 exits in Super Mario World in 1h23 ( http://www.speedrun.com/smw )

All things considered, I do agree that the average player will take more time completing Mario 64 than SMW.
