Because I think people just assume when they see the threads bumped it's just someone replying and not someone adding new info. I've added stacks of info to all the threads I've created for No Man's Sky and they've still just slipped from view. I've also been warned not to keep bumping threads with new info but instead should edit the previous post, but that doesn't allert people to new info. It happened with the UC4 thread too. I might do it though, just to test drive it. The only problem I see is I'm going to be playing the hell out of this game and might be misssing in action for a couple of days.

I clicked this not realizing the war I was surfing into. I read a little but gave up. 

I guess this game has joined the likes of a few other games this generation that are either loved or despised?

30 hours is good if all you want to do is aim for the main objective. Neither of the leakers seem interested in actually exploring the planets to see what else is there, they are just going from one waypoint to the next. There's nothing wrong with that way of playing (to each there own) but I'm going to spending hours on each planet just searching for caves, creatures and other things.

I have my Limited Edition PS4 copy pre-ordered (since March) on Amazon, UPS better not wait until 8PM to deliver on release day!

I found an entire system of pretty badass planets! It was such a shift in my gameplay. It was like 4 for 4 planets I really enjoyed playing on - two of them were Fauna: Generous and one of those was very green and seemed flush with life. The planets have a healthy supply of pretty solid resources, and one of the other two lesser-life planets had a blob-like "creature" that was harvestable for a resource I'd never seen before! All in all, I've probably spent more time in this one system than I have any other 8-10 systems combined. This is a huge positive step for me in accepting that cool planets can and do really exist!
I saw some really wild looking creatures tonight! I don't know if this has anything to do with me playing near the center, or if it's just dumb luck, or what... but I had a lot of woah look at that weird mofo moments tonight. I'll post some in screenshots down below! (Some I don't have screenshots of because I had to kill it before it killed me!!!)
