The nation's top diplomat for US affairs warned a vicious showdown could erupt if the US and South Korea hold annual war games as planned next month. 

Han Song Ryol said America's decision to place Kim Jong-Un on the sanctions list for the first time for sickening crimes including torture and execution could put the super powers on war footing. 

He said: "The Obama administration went so far to have the impudence to challenge the supreme dignity of the DPRK in order to get rid of its unfavorable position during the political and military showdown with the DPRK. 

"The United States has crossed the red line in our showdown. We regard this thrice-cursed crime as a declaration of war."

But this is pretty odd, I mean North Korea is like a joke... but a scary threatening joke all the same, I'm not sure do they even have potentially enough money left in the country to mail a bomb to the US let alone the rocket fuel/ability to fire one in the air.

Just blow the buggers up. They're small talk. We've got leagues of technology ahead of them, just end them. And I HATE war. But when you are a terrible and heinous leader with a big mouth and small balls, you deserve whatever you've got coming.

Thanks for the correction. 

North Korea is really poor. I doubt they can cause any harm to the US.

Hostilities ended during the Korean war with an armistice, not a peace treaty.

August 18, 2016 will mark the 40th anniversary of the axe murder incident at the Korean DMZ. Two US Army officers were killed by North Korean soldiers wielding axes.

We never got revenge on those bastards. Time for some payback I say.
