Sony president Shuhei Yoshida revealed that all PlayStation VR games will be playable on a standard PlayStation 4.

“All the PSVR (and future) titles will be playable on (normal) PS4,” Yoshida confirmed at ACGHK 2016 in Hong Kong.

Yoshida retiorated that PlayStation VR has Sony’s full support, and that Sony Interactive Entertainment plans to focus beyond core-gamers for the platform.

“We believe that everyone can enjoy the entertainment content on PSVR,” concluded Yoshida. “Not just gamers, but a lot more people enjoy PSVR.”

Well I still intend to buy Neo depending on what it offers, but I like that PS4 Standard can offers me the good experience already

One of my buddies who basically runs a GameStop was saying you need Neo for PSVR the other day. Dunno how this rumor spread, but it is tiresome correcting it.

It's coming from a certain group of Youtubers who then inspired articles on N4Gs. They also spread it through Twitter.
