Doesnt sound realistic at all. Did something like this ever happen in US History ? Does this even work legally ? Also it would have to be some world changing event to justify not just a standard terror attack, not even 9/11 scale could justify that.

There's a big difference between explictly inviting or demanding and desiring, Trump borders on the latter rather the formers since he is the one at mercy of those who take up the request ... 

He also didn't want information leaked solely by a country, he just wanted information on his opponenets leaked regardless of who it came from if you'd take a look at the entire quote of that tweet ... (His request could've been easily fulfilled at the hand by one of the insiders who works close to his opponents without any connection to him so at what point does the conflict classify as treason when there's infighting going on ?) 

And since when did hacking political committees database mean that your hacking the entire country, no matter how you see it that's just you grasping at straws ...

I might actually vote this year, won't be for Hillary or Trump though. Gary Johnson will likely get my vote.
