I decided to put some of my wii games on dolphin, just to see how it is(it's great). Anyways, there's a weird issue for me.


When I went ahead and booted up some of the games, it was perfectly fine. However, when I booted up naruto clash of Ninja, it suddenly stopped working. I know it isn't the controller, as it works perfectly fine if I get out of Naruto and go back to any of the other functioning games.


Anyone know a solution to this? I looked online, but no one had a similar issue.

I had no idea such an emulator existed. Good luck figuring this out dude. It sucks when google is not your friend.

So by "it," do you mean Dolphin or the Controller just to clairfy? And which other games are u playing that worked?

by 'it' I mean the controller.

 

I currently only tried out Rhythm Heaven fever and Mario Brothers Wii. Real/emulator controls work until I launch Naruto. Then the game stops responding to anything I click on the controls, whether if it's a real controller or an emulated one.

Edit: Dump a new copy of the iso is what I meant - see if that works. 99% of the time its because of a bad dump at least that is what I keep hearing in emulation forums.

 

 

Edit: NVM - I re-read the topic, so its a controller issue? Have you tried a different revision of the emulator?

I actually haven't. I may try updating Dolphin to 5.0 to see if it fixes anything

Can a mod lock this please?

I updated Dolphin and it solved the issue. Thanks for everyone who helped.
