When Michelle Obama says"we live in a house built by slaves" is a great example of how far we have come. We are not perfect and never will be"a more perfect union"means it's a never-ending struggle.

All that fucking woman talks about is her struggle as a black person. Her and that lanky husband of hers need to get over their victim mentality.

They're only the most powerful couple in the world!

Them being the most powerful couple was the point. It is sad that "victim mentality" was your take away from that comment. You could watch the speech for better context. Based on your preconceived notions I won't be holding my breath.

America was great until Christopher Columbus happened.

Both the Nords and the Arabs who successfully navigated to America managed to visit without wrecking it.

This question always makes me think of this clip:

But yeah, "breaking a few pieces of China", that was a good one. lol

That was the epitome of that series. I don't think any episode has lived up to it the way the first episode did.

And here's me thinking overall America is better than it has ever been..

There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'
2 Genders: Male and 'Political Agenda'
2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'

Before 7/11 obviously.

What did the convenience store do to you?

I can remember when America wasn't great... and that was under Bush Jr's presidency.

Under Obama it has been pretty great. Or at least not a laughing stock, wich certainly will become under Trump.

Just don't send any negative tweets towards Trump or your country might get bombed.

I'm difficult to track. He would have to nuke half of europe. But i wouldn't put it past him. xD

The issue is the United States has been both great and flawed since its inception.

An idea that "all men are equal" was set forth, and yet even all these years later it is still an ideal we aspire towards and work at achieving.
