Hmm... Splatoon did very well and its super fun but as a launch title for the wiiU? Idk dude. I would rather have Smash Bros or Mario Kart 8 to push hardware than Splatoon. Old IPs that are very well known and sell very well generally push more hardware than new IPs.

Xbox 1 should have had Halo

Wii U should have had Mario Maker bundled or even pre-installed. It's the sort of game that we've been wanting for years, and the Wii U was so obviously a great level creation tool. I have no idea why it took them so long. Would have gotten things off on a very different foot.

The Order 1886. Game still probably would've gotten shat on but I think the majority would've been a tad bit more forgiving.

pokemon needs to be a launch title. it can sell like hotcakes

I think people would be a lot more generous to it.

Pokemon Black 2 White 2 would have been an interesting sight to see as a 3DS launch title instead of a DS swan song.

Mario Maker, Splatoon and Pikmin 3 should have been the launch trio of Wii U. That way, I'm sure it would have done at least a bit better (maybe reaching 20m).

This launch line up would be pretty diverse and fresh since it would have new IPs/franchises and also a niche game. This would still save the big guns like Smash Bros. and Mario Kart for later.

But Black and White was releasing at the same time as the 3DS everywhere but Japan. I dont think they would want to release B&W and B&W2 at the same time now would they?? Not to mention you know it not being developed at that point and time

Still Pokemon on 3DS at launch would have saved it from the launch drought, maybe they wouldnt have had to slash $70 off the thing so quick.

Mario Maker should have been a launch title for the WiiU. We got the "amazing" NSMBU instead!
