I keep reading comments about how the Tegra X1 Chip is weaker than the 7th gen consoles.

Do people actually believe this? Lmao Why would Nintendo make a system weaker than the 360 and PS3?

That nonsense aside it is known that the Tegra X1 is weaker than PS4 and Xbox One. With Neo and Scorpio on the horizon the gap will widen.

If Nintendo does go with the Tegra X1 will you be preordering the NX? Or did the Wii U launch leave too much of a bad taste for Day Zero purchases?

Well... The current rumor suggests its a handheld which has an option to connect to the TV so a handheld that is more powerful than a 360 coming from the 3ds is certainly something I am excited about if its true. Specially since the 3ds has had plenty of third party exclusives and first party games.

So yea, I will certainly be buying it provided the price isn't stupid

Nvidia is supposedly revealing the successor to X1 next month, its very possible that NX will use that instead.

We already have a "will you buy NX day 1" thread. Also Nintendo is not going for third partys, so they don't need a powerful console thus Tegra X1 is just fine for that ideal $200 price point.

3DS didnt compete with PS360 or PS4/XBO in power and it still sold 65m+
