You know up to 3 of ye can hammer on a Gym at the same time and all it takes is for ye to be on "not the team in the Gym" as in if a Gym is Mystic you can have both Instinct and Valor players attacking it together... of course then you have to fight over who actually takes it haha.

As for the lucky eggs stuff yeah I have enough Pokemon candies now to boost me to 26 I think and I have the Egg I got for dinging 25 to do it with, I'll try to hold up til I have enough for the 8 egg pack next purchase. The thing is I'm in a spralling small enough town and the Gyms for the most part are on the Very outskirts of it, to actually walk/cycle about 10km in total to go past the 11 Gyms here it's just a balls. And it is a big huge lap to get them all which means that people will claim at least 1-2 of them back by the time I get to the end, yesterday I cycled the full lap but managed to cash in with just 4 Gyms, was so annoyed... but at the same time it was a ton of exercise which I love having a reason for.

Also hatched another Ponyta so I have enough candy to evolve the 830CP one I have into a rapidash (during my Lucky Egging, new Pokemon evolutions be worth 2k doing that!)

Thought you could only gang up with players of the same team, so that's great to know!

I get what you mean, it is hard to maintain a gym... but atleast people like me can gain one too
Currently I only go into empty gyms, maybe I should start attacking them too.

You can earn some nice exp from fighting against gyms too, I think it's around 150exp per Pokemon you kill inside one so I often stomp a few gyms just for exp to use up some potions and revives. Remember if you have a ton of potions and stuff just taking up bagspace then it's a waste of potential exp you could be earning!

You get hardly any exp from "training" your own teams gyms and the system is pretty badly designed right now but Niantic said they're working on a revision to how Training gyms works to make it better.

Happy Battling!

also.... there is nothing cooler than having your Character and Mon standing side by side holding a Gym from people I think :)

Heya Goers, I've had some weird thing happen a few times while playing and I wondered if it happened to any other players. It happens when I am catching a pokemon and for some reason when I throw a pokeball it shoots far off into the distance, like being fired from a cannon. Has this happened to anyone else? I hate when it does... -_-;

Also, a shot of my strongest pokemon

It has happened to me a few times.  I think the game is just lagging and reads your touch input as vastly accelerated when it happens.  That's speculation on my part of course.

I could see that happening, since this thing has to load sometimes while playing. Maybe it could be that I'm on my bike while catching pokemon sometimes, somehow taking the added speed of my bike and accelerating my throw.

Well, at least it's just not me that it happens to.

In my city Valor dominates so much that it's difficult for me to find a gym to battle. On the bright side I can get defender bonus a lot. I've held the same 3 gyms for a week now. All 3 gyms are lvl 10, no one wants to fuck with them.

But to fight you need to have strong Pokemon. I'll get there, although the people around here are pretty strong.
I did notice that training gained little exp, plus it is harder to do since you can only use a single pokemon.

Yesterday it was another day without any playing, was busy doing some real gym work and swimming afterwards. Maybe today

Not sure if it's the same for me. I notice the balls deflect weird and freeze on both with mobile and wifi connections. I think that happens when the game is waiting for the server to send the catch data back.

I'm not really sure what you mean by the ball deflecting and freezing. Aside from the ball launching into space, I've been pretty lucky in the game not really having any other issues, only sometimes the game trying to catch up with me when I'm in a new location.

I'm at level 22 with my pokedex being 96 Caught and 99 Seen. Hope by the end of the weekend, I will be at 99 caught.

The ball sometimes bounces out of the screen, mainly when the Pokemon is jumping.

And sometimes the ball just stands, mid-air frozen, waiting for the server to send the data back, or at least that is what I think it does.

Huh, I see. I've never had either of those happen to me. This is new to me.
