Its like voting in politics. If the candidate doesn't meet your needs then you find one who does. I'm a console gamer. If Nintendo refuses to make a console and Sony and MS keep doing what they are doing then I have no horse to back, or rather care to back. I'll withhold my support and let the chips fall where they may.

THIS IS THEIR CONSOLE!!!!

What are you even talking about??

I know theres no actual info from Nintendo yet but this rumor sounds more promising for Home Console Nintendo fans then what WiiU ever did. Because Nintendo will actually support this console. OK so its weaker then whats currently available with the PS4 and XBO but so was the WiiU, by a lot.

Your reasoning makes no sense whatsover.

I mean depending on your preference this is either a home console that can be taken with you on the go or a handheld that can be hooked up to TV at home. You for some reason are seeing it the second way despite the first way being something for you. Evcen if you dont care for taking it with you, it can simply be left hooked up to the TV as your home console.

People are just downright unrealistic when it comes to what they expect for Nintendo price points. How is a system on par or more powerful than X1 that can also be a handheld supposed to cost only $200. That is ridiculous. Stop holding Nintendo to unfair expectations compared to Microsoft/Sony, who many gamers will happily shell out $500+ for at launch despite that being a legit over-priced point.

launch line up is the most important factor. well only find out when they announce...

Its a handheld. Just because it connects to a tv doesn't make it a console. PSP wasn't a console because it could connect to a tv. Still a handheld. If I gotta Voltron the thing to a docking station to play on a tv doesn't make it a console either. My hope is that Nintendo puts it all in a box and makes a legitimate console. Then I'll be on board.

It wont be more powerfull than the Xbox One (normal version), if its a tegra X1.

It ll be less than half as powerfull.... but still like 100 times more powerfull than the 3DS, so it ll be fine for a handheld.

The reason it ll be so cheap is because they are useing small mobile phone/tablet chips that are old tech.

The idea is to get the casuals back, and that requires cheap. But it means Nintendo are makeing a weaker home console than PS4 & XB1.

So if they sold it ina box and without the screen you would buy it??

I'm still holding hope that they made a actual console. Like I said if they make a new console I'll be there.

Right but thats not my question. I know you want a completely different system (with no support ) but if they made something like Vita TV for this and that was all would you purchase that??

I find it likelier that I'd buy a WiiU instead. At least that's a real console, lol.

Probably I'll nave buy it. It will depend on the support it gets. Sadly it's the first time I say this about a Nintendo console
