Wii U prices have been $60, $50 and $40 (Nintendo-published). 3DS had $40 and $30 games (Nintendo-published).

I don't see why NX games shouldn't have such pricing (covering everything from $30-60) when it makes so much more sense than having a one-size-fits-all approach.

cause every non Nintendo published game will charge the max at release. Then people will simply associate $60 being the cost of new games for what is supposed to be a handheld. That will affect sales

Wii U pricing since it makes them more money.

Sales of third party games maybe. But that's their problem then, so who cares.

I meant if people associate $60 as the price of a new game for the console then that would affect their decision to buy the console. $60 will undeniably seem high for people who view it more as a handheld console.

Definitely "60$ or your country's equivalent"

Eh I have no issue paying $60. Still dont know why portable games are cheaper to begin with.

Graphics are one of the most expensive aspects of game development. Therefore handheld games are generally cheaper to produce in comparison.

NX will likely have capabilities above Wii U though. So they can justify $60.

Hmmm, depending on the quality of the games, maybe it could be either one of those? If the game is the quality of a handheld, $40, and console quality would be 60. That is if the console does end up being a hybrid.
